Chris Elphick
Chris has worked as an organisation development consultant for nearly 25 years in the UK, Ireland, Europe and New Zealand.
A skilled facilitator, consultant, business coach and trainer, he is equally at home in the boardroom and on the shop floor, and in public, private and not for profit organisations. He is passionate about the quality of the consultancy relationship and is committed to helping organisations and individuals fulfil their potential.
Chris is an Authorised Consultant with the New Zealand Business Excellence Foundation and is an accredited business advisor with the Institute of Accredited Business Consultants (NZ) Inc. While in the UK, he was an Authorised Consultant with the European Foundation of Quality Management, and Investors in People.
His particular areas of interest include: organisational culture and vision; staff and team development; effective communications; business development and strategic planning; government/local government modernisation and reform; evaluation and trade unions; line management tool kits and workshops; coaching and individual support; the consultant as team/project leader; working with conflict and difference; and economic, retail and community development.
