Lesley Fraser
An experienced professional leadership and workplace coach and facilitator, Lesley is a director of Fraser Consultants Ltd and works with leaders, businesses and organisations throughout the Bay of Plenty and nationally.
Lesley has over 25 years experience in management, facilitation, communication, change management, performance improvement and training across a range of sectors, both public and private. She has sound understanding of adult education and learning processes and is skilled at generating an environment of trust in the processes she uses. Compelling action plans, pushing boundaries and sharp strategies are the hallmarks of Lesley’s work.

- The International Corporate Coach U to become a licensed facilitator of the Coaching Clinic. Lesley has facilitated significant constructive engagement based on the framework of the Coaching Clinic
- Australasian business coaching specialists, 10X, providing her with extensive business and leadership coach training.
As an Associate of the Partnership Resource Centre, Lesley has been extensively involved in supporting constructive relationships and alignment to shared goals between management and unions, particularly in the Health sector. This has involved:
- analysis of the current state of relationships and the parties’ capacity to identify and implement constructive change
- identification of key risks and barriers
- facilitating the development of a shared vision and the pathway to achieving that
- establishing processes and structures to ensure transparency and accountability to action and
- ongoing review and adjustment.
