Partnership Resource Centre
The Partnership Resource Centre closed on 30 June 2012. A semi-autonomous unit of the Department of Labour, the unit was established to promote workplace partnerships between unions and employers. The Centre produced a number of resources to support positive union/employer relationships which are still available through the Employment Relations best practice pages.
Former Associates
The Partnership Resource Centre had a team of independent associates who worked with various employers and unions on PRC projects. They provided support to organisations and unions that wanted to develop more constructive workplace partnerships, improve their current partnership practices, or work through particular problems.
