Where do I submit my completed application?

Your application must be submitted (preferably by secure post) to your designated receiving office.

This is usually, but not always, the closest processing office or Visa Application Centre  to where you are staying.

If your application is not sent to the correct office, it may be delayed (while being transferred to the correct office) or it may be returned to you un-actioned.

Please make sure your application is complete, with all required evidence attached, and all the relevant fees included (the link above will advise you of all application fees, courier charges and/or visa acceptance fees for your application).

MFAT Posts Drop Box System (North Asia and South America)

Some MFAT Posts have introduced drop boxes for the submission of applications. These applications will be forwarded directly to the relevant VAC. You will find more information here.
