The payment button only appears after you have submitted your EOI, not before. Clicking on this button will allow you to choose between a manual and online payment process.
By clicking on the online option, you will be forwarded to the secure site of Westpac Bank online banking facilities, which will prompt you through the process. Please note: online payment service only accepts payments using Visa and MasterCard. It will not accept Diner's or American Express or any Eftpos or Bankcards (such as Visa Debit card).
The manual process will prompt you to print off your manual payment form, attach your payment and post it to the address listed on the form. Your EOI status will continue showing "Payment Pending" until your payment has been fully processed and during this time, your EOI will not be going through any selection processes.
If your EOI shows "Payment Error" after attempting an online payment option, you may fax the EOI team directly on +644 915 6220, with the following information:
After the error is cleared (24-48 hours), the status of EOI will show “Payment Pending”. You can now proceed with making a payment, by clicking the “Payment” button on the EOI screen.
Alternatively, you can add your credit card number, name of card holder, expiry date and amount to be debited to the fax details above, and the EOI team can complete your payment process for you, instead.
