Depending on where you are in the world, you should contact your nearest New Zealand Immigration office for assistance by telephone, email (where available) or in writing.
Due to the large number of visa applications received, you are not normally able to meet with the Immigration Officer processing your particular application.
Some on-shore (New Zealand) branches provide counter assistance to help with general Immigration enquiries and process simple requests such as label transfers.
If you are unable to get through to our offices due to high volume of customer inquiries, you can email us your enquiry. One of our Customer Service Officers will reply to you within 3 working days.
