Good Employee Practices are Good for Your Business. This new report sets out why becoming an employer of choice is good for business. It looks at the key issues for employers to consider in moving to a more competitive position in attracting and retaining staff. The report has been adapted a paper the Department of Labour developed for the Nelson-Marlborough Seafood Cluster. The paper was prepared with assistance from the Tertiary Education Commission and ACC.
