The Department of Labour was responsible for all of the data analysis and the production of this report.

This research report presents the first results from the LisNZ project and is a significant milestone in the project after several years of development work, including the extensive work carried out on the pilot study. We would like to acknowledge all the Department of Labour and Statistics New Zealand staff members who have worked on this project since its inception, including members of the External Advisory Group and the Steering Group.
